There will be an Annual General Meeting of Friends of Glenan Wood on Thursday 29th August, at 12.30pm in the Yurt in the entrance meadow to the wood. All are welcome.
The Agenda will be:
1. Welcome.
2. Chair’s Report
3. Treasurer’s Report
4. Trustee Elections.
5. Any other competent business, notified in advance.
6. Close.
After the formal business of the AGM there will be an informal opportunity to discuss matters of interest with everyone.
Note: all the existing Trustees will stand down and stand to be re-elected. Nominations for Trustees must be with the Secretary,(Robin Webster, email robin.webster@mac.com) by midnight on the 28th August, with the names and signatures of the proposer and seconder.
